Our Purpose and Mission
The purpose of this organization is to increase the popularity of our common interests. We hope to add new members so we will
be able to grow and expand. We also want to have fun while when we are together and working on projects. By developing relationships
and friendships, the organization will become even stronger. Our first meeting was held on November 13, 2007.
Our mission is to insure quality mental health services in the community. CSP aims to accomplish this through advocacy,
education and the elimination of stigma and discrimination. Members of the local CSP committees participate in activities,
which are designed to heighten awareness about mental illness and improve the quality of life for consumers. By promoting
such activities, the CSP helps consumers gain confidence, self-esteem and independence in the community.
